2. Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes server logs and technical connection data to deliver the site.

3. Waitlist

If you join a product waitlist (for example Battle Sleep, Ultimate Kanban, or Time Study), we store your email address through Resend, tagged to that product’s waitlist segment, to notify you about updates for that product. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form. You can request deletion at privacy@k-level.xyz.

4. Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we load:

• PostHog (EU cloud): page views and custom events such as button clicks. No session replay. IP addresses are not stored.
• Vercel Web Analytics: aggregated, privacy-oriented usage statistics.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

5. Essential operation

Displaying the site, language selection, and theme preferences are necessary for operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional website).

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and object under the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
